Haze haze go away

This haze is taking a toll on my body,
Having chest ache, itchy throat and breakouts... :(

So, I've joined the masked clan this morning.
And I still don't feel good. Am I the only one who feels shortness of breath when wearing the mask? :/

And with glasses cos my eye will have this stinging pain at the end of the day :(
