Stressful SG

Things haven't been going well in my life....
I no longer look forward to a brand new day.
I think I know what's wrong, but again, I think I don't. ⊙︿⊙
Must have been born too close to Gemini and getting these split personalities. lol
One of the unhappy and worrying things in life: Living in stressful Singapore where property prices rise so dramatically every few months everyday.... Faster than the rate my hamsters (note the plural) at home give birth. When can I get a pay raise to catch up with you SG? I'm only 23 this year (ok, not that young, but still.....), and I've been told since I was a teen that I should save up money for future home blah blah.... Sorry Mum & Dad, is it too late to heed your advice now? :(

- But going forward, HDB will no longer be a price follower, but instead act to be a price setter as the chief supplier of homes. As Minister Khaw puts it, HDB will no longer let “the tail wag the dog.” Instead, new HDB prices will now be based on affordability benchmarks instead of market prices of resale flats. (Oh really??!!)
- The fact that private home prices have risen 60% since 2Q09 despite seven rounds of property measures has become an embarrassment for the government.
LOL at the second statement. We shall see about this Singapore.
I hope you really succeed this time round. ;)
