Taiwan Day 6 - 台中 Taichung

日月潭 - 台中!
Initial plan was to take the bus to Taizhong. But we missed the bus and there's so many cabbies nearby asking if we wanna take cabs and one offered me a price that's even cheaper than the bus ride BUT.... In the end when we got off he asked for double the price because.... He quoted me based on per head. Got like that one meh...?
Never mind... Left the luggage at the hotel and booked the same driver to bring me around. Brought us to eat yummy dumplings and beancurd.

Wanted to go Lavender Farm and he convinced me that I'll be disappointed and there's a landslide (or don't know what slide) and it's quite dangerous. And he assured me the place he's bringing me is better.
So... Off we go to 新社莊园 (Summit Resort).
Conclusion: Nice buildings and stuffs but I wasn't too impressed. The flowers were so-so only and I only saw a small lil patch of Lavender that were not in full bloom...
Why I always make wrong decisions ahhhhhh?
Next up: 心之芳庭 (Moncoeur)
Heard that many couples come here for bridal shoots.
Not a bad location actually! :)
Luckily there's shop I'm looking for so it's not too much of a wasted trip.

The driver then brought us to some night market near the hotel. Quite a good place to shop! But I don't know the name. :x
Went back to the hotel for a short nap and went to 逢甲夜市! Must-go if you're going to Taizhong. It's so much better than those in Taipei!! ♡＾▽＾♡
Would love to go back again. Hehe. Nice food, nice clothes and I finally found Mr. Brown Macadamia Nut coffee! But it's really crowded, probably because it's a weekend.

吃到暴!!! Decided to cab back and met a taxi driver and he offered us good rates so we booked him for tmr!! I'm too easily swayed by all these.... Lol. Spent too much on the transport. :x
